从央视新址北配楼火灾着手，通过分析火灾的特点，从加强烟花爆竹安全管理及宣传教育、建筑外部装修消防安全、改进对建筑工程及施工现场的消防监督工作和对高层建筑限高、加强“六熟悉”方面提出了防止类似高层建筑火灾发生的措施。

一、中国近代以前海权意识的发展 中国海洋和海权意识的发展,从其产生、形成到繁荣和衰落的过程,经历了2000多年的历史.从远古时开始,中国就一直以陆地农业经济为主,海洋经济从未处于重要地位.     

Optimal inventory and dynamic admission policies for a retailer of seasonal products with affiliate programs and drop‐shipping

This article investigates the optimal inventory and admission policies for a “Clicks‐and‐Bricks” retailer of seasonal products that, in addition to selling through its own physical and online stores, also sells through third‐party websites by means of affiliate programs. Through postings on partners' webpages, an affiliate program allows a retailer to attract customers who would otherwise be missed. However, this retailer needs to pay a commission for each sale that originates from the website operators participating in the program. The retailer may also refer online orders to other sources (such as distributors and manufacturers) for fulfillment through a drop‐shipping agreement and thus earns commissions. This would be an option when, for example, the inventories at the physical stores were running low. Therefore, during the selling horizon, the retailer needs to dynamically control the opening/closing of affiliate programs and decide on the fulfillment option for online orders. On the basis of a discrete‐time dynamic programming model, the optimal admission policy of the retailer is investigated in this paper, and the structural properties of the revenue function are characterized. Numerical examples are given to show the revenue impact of optimal admission control. The optimal initial stocking decisions at the physical stores are also studied. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. UTD应用中椭圆柱面反射点的解析求解

射线寻迹是应用一致性绕射理论(UTD)分析电大尺寸目标电磁辐射和散射特性的关键步骤.结合费马原理及反射定律,推导了椭圆柱面反射点的解析表达式,并给出了应用此表达式得到的部分椭圆柱反射点及翼型模型的远场方向图结果.经与FEKO仿真比较证明结论是正确的,并能提高场值计算的速度和精度.

Trade credit contract in the presence of retailer investment opportunity

This paper presents a model for designing a trade credit contract between a supplier and a retailer that would coordinate a supply chain in the presence of investment opportunity for the retailer. Specifically, we study a newsvendor model where the supplier offers a trade credit contract to the retailer who, by delaying the payment, can invest the accounts payable amount and earn returns. We find that when the channel partners have symmetric information about the retailer's investment return, a conditionally concessional trade credit (CTC) contract, which includes a wholesale price, an interest‐free period, and a minimum order requirement, can achieve channel coordination. We then extend the model to the information asymmetry setting in which the retailer's investment return is unobservable by the supplier. We show that, although the CTC contract cannot achieve the coordination in this setting, it can effectively improve channel efficiency as well as profitability for individual partners.     

关于我国发展新型固定翼舰载机的几点建议

随着我国航母事业的发展,舰载机研发与制造产业得到了相应的发展。但是由于我国舰载机研发与制造产业起步晚,舰载机在技术性能等方面相比于西方国家还存在一定差距。文章以美国F-35"闪电Ⅱ"飞机研发历程为依据,对我国发展新型固定翼舰载机在设计、研发和维护等方面提出了建议,总结了值得我国研发人员借鉴的经验和教训。     

阵列雷达波束内双目标的极大似然角度估计方法

单波束内目标往往相距较近,采用传统角度分辨技术难以将其分辨,从而给目标跟踪和识别带来较大困难。于是提出基于LM算法的极大似然角度估计方法,实现波束内双目标的分辨。该方法在阵列雷达的基础上建立双目标回波模型,推导极大似然角度估计算法。考虑到求解算法直接影响极大似然角度估计的收敛速度和估计精度,利用LM算法实现了极大似然估计的求解,从而得到目标角度的精确估计。该方法避免了多次脉冲相干积累,具有计算量小的特点。仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。
